Andrew is a pastor, strategist, and leadership architect with 17 years of ministry experience serving the next generation and the local church. He currently leads the River Valley Leadership Institute at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN, directing a rapidly expanding formation program that equips pastors, missionaries, and marketplace influencers through Spirit-led discipleship, leadership development, and hands-on ministry training.

Andrew has served as a youth pastor, district youth director, kids pastor, and director of schools of leadership, giving him a uniquely comprehensive view of how to equip and empower leaders at every stage of development. He is also an active partner with parachurch organizations, collaborating globally to build healthy ministry systems and design environments where people can encounter Christ and pursue their God-given purpose.

Andrew and his wife, Bobbi, love to travel and explore with their two boys Benaiah and Judah. He is passionate about cultivating Kingdom-centered culture, unifying generations, and inspiring leaders to step boldly into the mission of God.
