The Network of Women Ministers exists to connect and inspire credentialed women ministers, and those seeking credentials. We are dedicated to building community among our women ministers and providing leadership development opportunities. Our aim is to model Biblical leadership and service through the
various ministries in which we serve.
Pathfinder is the Network of Women Ministers’ free leadership program designed to support and equip women in ministry through continued education, coaching, and collaboration. With two tailored paths—Discovery and Development—it offers focused growth and flexibility to meet the unique needs of ministry across every network.
