Church Planting is HARD

Between the cost, leadership, strategy, timing, none of us have it fully figured out, and that's exactly why we're gathering. 

Join fellow Iowa leaders as we wrestle together with the obstacles standing between us and multiplication. Joining us is Verlon Fosner, author of Welcome to Dinner Church, who brings decades of hard-won experience planting and multiplying churches in unlikely places. On Friday, Verlon will present a session walking us through the ecclesiology of the church — then join us at the tables through the rest of our time together, thinking alongside us through the tensions each of us faces in our own context.

This isn't a pitch for one model of ministry. It's time with peers wrestling with the same questions, exposure to non-traditional approaches that have proven effective, and a clearer view of the opportunities and challenges facing rural, suburban, and metro churches across our state.
